Working session with your team: decisions, blockers, what ships this week.
From first call to shipping in about three weeks.
No twelve-month contract, no discovery phase that bills for a quarter. The model is deliberately simple: prove the diagnosis quickly, then run the business.
Fit call, 20 minutes
Where you are, what has stalled, what you have already tried. We tell you plainly whether a fractional team is the right answer. If it is not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
Diagnostic sprint, 2 weeks
A paid, fixed-scope assessment of platform, data, acquisition, conversion, margin and operations. You get a ranked 90-day plan with owners, effort and expected impact, yours to keep whether or not you continue.
Subscription starts
The team is retained monthly. Leadership is always on. The specialist roles are dialed to the plan. Cadence, access and reporting are set in the first week.
Ship, measure, adjust
Weekly working session, monthly business review against the agreed numbers, quarterly re-plan. The roadmap is a live document, not a founding artefact.
The operating cadence
Shared channel (Slack or Teams) and a live roadmap you can see at any time.
Business review: performance against plan, budget reallocation, next 30 days.
Plan reset with your leadership. What worked, what did not, where the next quarter goes.
Commercial terms, stated plainly
Monthly subscription
One retained fee covering the leadership layer and an agreed level of specialist capacity. Reviewed quarterly.
No long-term lock-in
Engagements run month to month after the initial term. If we are not earning it, you should be able to leave.
Your assets stay yours
Accounts, code, data, documentation and vendor relationships are in your name from day one.
Scoped separately when it is big
Large builds and migrations are scoped and quoted on their own, so the subscription never becomes a black box.
On pricing
We do not publish rates, because the right structure depends on revenue, platform complexity and how much execution capacity you already have internally. What we will do is give you a number on the first or second call, not after three meetings and a proposal deck.
Twenty minutes tells us both whether this works.
No deck, no discovery invoice. A short call to see where you are, what is stuck, and whether a fractional team is the right answer. If it is not, we will say so.
